"Hi! My name is Roberto and I am a professional bartender who graduated from INA in 2014.
With more than 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am confident that I possess the skills, knowledge, and passion to exceed your expectations.
My career began at Hotel Bosque del Cabo in 2014, where I worked as a bartender. A few years later, I moved to Hotel Remanso, where I developed a new menu with professional assistance and worked as the Head Bartender for 2 years. I also worked at Hotel Lapa Rios Osa Peninsula and now I am the Head Bartender at Hotel Encanta la Vida Peninsula de Osa.
I am currently the champion of the TIKI LEAGUE COSTA RICA and will represent our country in Peru 2023 in Tiki mixology.
I offer cocktail classes, private event services, baby showers, company parties, and menu changes as part of my services.As a passionate mixologist, I am committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring responsible beverage consumption and organic waste management.

During our last stay in Osa we ordered a private chef service with Osa Concierge. Wow! Our private chef was an incredible person with a huge heart. He made sure that we taste all the best dishes of this amazing country, from gallo pinto to patacones. We would definitely book this service again when returning to the Osa Peninsula.
